Arbitrator:
Justus Mulwa Nduya is a duly registered arbitrator with the London Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the Kenya Institute of Chartered Arbitrators;
He has arbitrated over several complex commercial arbitrations in Kenya.

Instituting arbitration proceedings;
We institute and commence arbitration proceedings for and on behalf of our clients in respect of all commercial and corporate transactions. We have successfully prosecuted several arbitrations on behalf of our clients which have resulted in successful awards in favor of our clients.

Defending arbitration proceedings;
We have successfully defended our clients in arbitration proceedings instituted against them resulted in favorable awards.

Filing of arbitral awards in Kenyan Courts.
It is a requirement of Kenyan law that before and arbitral award is executed it has to be filed in Kenyan courts to make the arbitration proceedings are complete. We have successfully done several of this for our clients and continue to provide the said services.
