Mulwa Nduya & Co advocates is a Kenyan Law firm founded in Kenya’s second largest city of Mombasa in the year 2000 by Justus Mulwa Nduya Advocate. In 2001 the firm merged with the firm of Jane G. Rukaria Advocate to form Rukaria &Mulwa Advocates. In 2005 Rukaria & Mulwa Advocates merged with V.W Maina & Co Advocates to form Maina & Mulwa Advocates. In 2007 there was a demerger of the firms and Mulwa Nduya & Co advocates was set up as a separate entity.

The firm is located at Social security House 5th floor, within the central business district of Mombasa town, around 500 metres  from the Mombasa law courts and the coast Land registry.
