• Post graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
• Bachelor Of Laws  (LL.B)  Honors degree from the University of Nairobi.

Admission to the Roll of Advocates:

5th December, 1996; To practice in the High Court of Kenya and the Court of Appeal of Kenya and all other subordinate courts.

• The Law Society of Kenya;
• East Africa Law Society;
• The London Chartered Institute of  Arbitrators;
• The Kenya Chartered Institute of Arbitrators;
• The Institute of Certified Public Seceretaries of Kenya;
• The Mombasa Law Society.

Mulwa was engaged  as a legal assistant by F.E JAMAL Advocates and Kamande & Co Advocates of Nairobi - Kenya and later Gachiri Kariuki & Co Advocates of Mombasa-Kenya until year 2000 when he established Mulwa Nduya & Co advocates. In the course he has gained immense experience in the twelve (12) years. He has been engaged in the practice of the law in various disciplines including but not limited to Conveyancing, commercial and civil Litigation, Admiralty & shipping law, Arbitration and company secretarial services.

Mulwa Has served as an official and Treasurer of the Mombasa Law Society and an official of the Institute of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya – Coast Branch

He serves in various capacities in several charitable organizations.
